Responsibilities include RESPONDING TO INCOMING INQUIRIES, TROUBLESHOOTING, NEW MERCHANT SETUP, PROVIDING TIMELY INFORMATION AND FOLLOW-UP, SUPPORTING SALES INITIATIVES.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 Years experience in payments or financial services preferred, but not required

Hybrid work environment requiring field work within NJ-NY

Multi-lingual Spanish-speaking a plus

Work well in a team environment

Enthusiastic, self-driven, problem-solving skills

Ability to learn quickly

Excellent attention to detail

Strong verbal communication skills

Able to multitask
