GROWTH COORDINATOR(S) LOOKING FOR MULTIPLE CANDIDATES

- This position would be great for a College Student/Intern/current realtor looking for part-time work

WEEKENDS ONLY SATURDAY/SUNDAY REQUIRED CAN ROTATE WEEKENDS AS NEEDED FOR TIME OFF - A NORMAL DAY IS PROBABLY 6-8 OPEN HOUSES SO 6-8 HOURS PER DAY IF YOU SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY- OPPORTUNITY FOR SOME WEEKDAY OPEN HOUSES AS WELL

Primary Activities

• Prepare route for open houses in Nashville TN and the surrounding counties attend Open Houses and meet and greet with local realtors.
• Drop off the box for the agent-know when the realtor is busy with other clients as to not disrupt their work routine
• If realtor available-the ability to talk with them and do a binder presentation to show the realtor what we offer
• Pillar To Post Home Inspectors is the #1 home inspection company in the US.
• Set up lunch and learn meetings with realtor on site if they have the ability to do so.
• Short live: videos at Open Houses for online social media.
• Report on sales target goals to Leadership and be accountable to goals: weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually
