As an OBM Warehouse Driver you will build your career as an integral part of a strong, local company while transporting and delivering office equipment and supplies to diverse cliental across the Northeast Ohio region.

Duties:

• General maintenance of OBM trucks for operation by inspecting condition, checking fluid levels and tire pressure, validating adherence to road ability standards.
• Properly load truck by placing and securing items.
• Delivering items by identifying destinations, planning routes, operating the truck, unloading items, while maintaining a schedule.4
• Serves customers by understanding and forwarding communication to the proper personnel.
• Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations; cleans truck exterior and interior.
• Maintains delivery, truck, and driving records by obtaining receipt acknowledgments; recording tracking information; completing driver log and truck performance forms.
• Continual knowledge of industry practice by participating in trainings.
• Assist in assembly of copy machines as needed.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments while providing exceptional customer service.
• Completes necessary paperwork for deliveries and equipment pick-ups.
• Maintains a safe workplace and clean warehouse.

Skills/ Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license – No CDL required!
• Experience driving a box truck and operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift 50lbs, and move office equipment/supplies with assistance, by pushing, pulling, lifting, and lowering.
• Able to work in a physical, fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of Northeast Ohio Area and able to navigate a GPS.
• Capable of working as a team or independently.
• Strong customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
