Typical Duties:
Water Damage Mitigation
Mold Remediation
Fire Restoration
Previous damage restoration experience is not required for a Level 1 (entry-level) technician, however, some construction or building science knowledge is preferred. For experienced Restoration Technicians, IICRC certifications allow you to enter as a Level 2 or a Lead Technician.
