M&A related activities is one of the keys drivers of PGLS's overall growth strategy.
The M&A Associate is responsible for assisting Senior Management members with buy-side mergers and acquisition (M&A) activities from the initial contact through finalization of the transaction as well as post-transaction involvement in with implementation teams.
Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will play a key role in coordinating M&A related deliverables with internal teams as well as external advisors, accountants and lawyers assisting the company.
With prior experience and a solid track record as an M&A Associate, this role offers the ability to work alongside our CEO and other leadership team members, gaining insights and contributing to our corporate and industry strategy.
The role is based at our Arlington, VA office.
Responsibilities :
Contribute to identifying acquisition opportunities aligned to our growth strategy through ongoing internal collaboration with CEO, Sales, HR, Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams.
The role will help perform research using both public and provided data to quickly analyze and summarize key areas of strength and how it aligns to the corporate acquisition strategy.
Ensure we are working against deadlines to provide decisions from management or other information to advisors or other strategic partners.
Coordinating meetings to assemble high level input from Senior Management
