Age requirement: 16 years old
This is a great opportunity for sun-loving high school and college students to have fun while honing essential soft skills through real work experiences.
No lifeguard certification required.
Position Responsibilities:

• Maintaining aesthetics of the pool area
• Obtain rent roll list of current resident names for check in/out
• Responsible for enforcing pools rules and confronting residents/guests who break the rules
• Uphold standards for pool etiquette
• Responds to pool resident requests and concerns
• Monitoring traffic reports and supporting the Manager as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to observe interactions between residents and guests to ensure incidents do not arise
• Interpersonal skills to diffuse any conflict with unruly residents/guests
• Must be a team player, patient, diplomatic, self-motivated, organized, have excellent verbal skills, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work in high temperature conditions and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Schedule will include every weekend during the summer

Schedule & Pay Range:

• Must be available Saturday and Sunday for 8 hours per day
• Must be available Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day
• Pool season is May September
• $15 - $16/hr. based on experience
