Summary:

In a manufacturing setting, we are looking to add a Senior Die Cutter to our manufacturing team in Houston who will be responsible for running and overseeing our manual die cutting machines.

Job Type:  Full-time, permanent (Crosby, TX)

Schedule: 2 positions: Monday - Friday (afternoon shift) OR Monday - Friday (night shift)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and separate product according to our operating procedures and quality standards;
• Meet high-demand production targets;

• Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols;
• Accurately and legibly fill out production paperwork and downtime tracking;
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors and or maintenance staff;
• Identify Quality concerns quickly and effectively;
• Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness;
• Preform other work-related duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve;

• A team player who constructively contributes to a positive environment;
• Good mechanical skills for small repairs;
• Previous forklift experience is an asset.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;

Physical Requirements:

• May be required to bend, squat, kneel, or stand for long periods;
• May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
