Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator and Project Manager to join our team in the residential remodeling industry. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the remodeling process and sequence, along with expertise in the latest pricing trends. This position requires the ability to estimate project costs accurately, manage budgets effectively, and oversee project timelines to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Analyze project blueprints and documents to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop detailed project proposals and budgets for client review.
• Monitor project progress and expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and designers to address any project modifications or updates.
• Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential remodeling, with a strong understanding of the remodeling process and sequence.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools such as JobTread, BuilderTrend, or BlueBeam, with the ability to generate accurate cost estimates.
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing trends.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay: $63,962.73 - $77,030.39 per year
