Fast growing law firm is searching for an associate attorney to join our office in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity to work with a rapid growth personal injury law firm. Ideal candidates will have two to five years of experience in litigation in the field of personal injury. Additionally, the ideal candidates will have a passion for client satisfaction and a proven drive to succeed. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join a stable firm that is offering a base salary along with a bonus structure based upon experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Job Requirements:
J.D. with 2-5 years of legal experience
Highly accomplished academic and employment credentials
Results oriented, self-starter, with a high level of initiative
Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent writing, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
