Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic auto sales BDC representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct phone calls, texts and send emails to follow-up on leads to generate sales opportunities
- Answer inbound sales phone calls and set appointments to see a salesperson

Qualifications:
- Experience in phone sales, preferably in automotive sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to conduct outbound sales activities
- Familiarity with dealership operations and processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
