Description

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the door staff/front desk team.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the building's entrance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and consistently met or exceeded.
• Handle resident inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and courteously
• Train and mentor door staff/front desk employees to uphold high service standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with Management to develop and implement operational procedures
• Address any security or safety issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a luxury residential setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in handling difficult situations and resolving conflicts.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of basic security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Familiarity with computer systems and basic office software.
• Reliable mode of personal transportation.
