Position Overview:
As a CSR, you will be the bridge between our clients and our services. Your primary responsibility is to streamline the inspection scheduling and fulfillment process, ensuring all our clients receive the information they need in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule appointments and events.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with agents and inspectors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
