Pacific Clinic of Natural Medicine (PCNM) is a private, naturopathic family practice located in downtown Portland. We are seeking a motivated, Functional Medicine focused Nurse Practitioner to join our team of providers or a NP interested in functional medicine who is willing to learn.

We are a primarily insurance-based practice with two NDs and a holistic nutritionist on staff. The most common therapeutics we use to care for our patients include nutrition, dietary modification, constitutional hydrotherapy, physical medicine, homeopathy and herbal medicine. Although we do prescribe when needed, the goal for our patients is to restore their health and vitality, not just managing their disease or their medications.

The clinic is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday, and we are looking for a minimum of 32 hrs of availability per week to see patients in the office and/or virtually. Practitioners are able to choose their own schedules.

Compensation is commission-based. As we are a newer practice, a complete benefit package is still being developed and implemented but currently include paid sick leave and holidays and supplemental AFLAC insurance. We are hoping to roll out additional health benefits in 2023.

This position also offers the opportunity to grow within the business. Long-term practitioners are eligible for profit-sharing and eventual partnership in the business. We are interested in finding providers who want to work together to build a successful practice.
