OutSolve is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Corporate Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business writing skills and be flexible enough to go from persuasive to technical writing and have the ability to create professional, clear, and engaging content tailored to our corporate audience.

Job Summary: As a Corporate Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing a variety of business-focused, technical, and SEO content including product descriptions, guides, articles, request for proposal (RFP) responses, website copy, emails, case studies, blog articles, reports, brochures, sales presentations, and more. You will also be responsible for content ideation and how content will be used to boost performance of corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of writing and content efforts
• Align writing with other existing and pending corporate initiatives like sales outreach, demand generation, and thought leadership
• Author clear, concise, and engaging business content for various materials
• Support marketing and sales teams with writing compelling B2B content for use in a variety of efforts.
• Conduct research to understand services, the market, target audience, industry trends, and regulatory landscape.
• Identify new and creative topics to build content around
• Capture use cases from clients, sales, and consultants to incorporate in content
• Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, and adheres to corporate guidelines and best practices.
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency, maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Work closely with designers, experts, and other stakeholders to ensure content meets project requirements and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in business writing and content marketing.
• Manage corporate content calendar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business writer, content writer, or similar role
• Strong business writing skills and the ability to craft professional, formal content
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory content is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM.
• Familiarity with content and writing platforms
• Experience with project management tools like Monday
• Creative and innovative mindset
