Job Description:

We are seeking a Content Marketing Strategist with robust graphic design, copywriting, and editing skills. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including workbooks, engaging documents, social media posts, presentations, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, AI, a strong portfolio, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic content marketing initiatives through visually appealing designs and compelling copy across various mediums, including marketing materials, workbooks, social media content, and the website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create engaging graphics and copy for email campaigns, digital advertisements, and other marketing initiatives.
• Design and format training documents, manuals, and materials to enhance the overall learning experience for sales professionals.
• Craft persuasive and impactful copy for sales enablement materials, presentations, and product/service descriptions to support the sales team's efforts.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all design and copy efforts, adhering to the company's brand guidelines and voice.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content and design trends, ensuring that New Velocity's materials remain relevant and competitive.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and sales trainers to transform complex concepts into clear and easily understandable visuals and written content.
• Ensure all designs and copy are on-brand and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to ensure current and engaging designs and copy.

Desirable but not required:

• 2 years of experience as a graphic designer/copywriter
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Creative Writing, Marketing, Communications, or related field OR relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proficiency in AI Tools
• A strong portfolio that showcases a range of design styles and mediums
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for designing social media content
