Onsite Neonatal Partners invites you to join our practice as a Hearing Screen Technician at St. Luke's Allentown, Anderson (Easton) and Upper Bucks (Quakertown) hospitals. You will be working for Onsite providing hearing screen tests for newborn infants.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate staff to be traiined to perform hearing screen tests, communicate results with parents and clinicians. You would learn our software to enter data. . You will be reporting to the Hearing Screen Coordinator at St. Luke's.

Key Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Newborn or Pediatric experience preferred, general health care background or childcare/day experience
• Demonstrates sensitivity and compassion when handling infants
• Must have schedule flexibility, including ability to work some weekends
• Passion for providing family-centered customer service
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to learn our computer software to enter data
• Excellent communication skills required
