Office H2O is looking for an entry level Preventative Maintenance Tech to be based out of our Bryan, OH location - no real experience necessary, just need to demonstrate the right attitude and ambition – we will train you. Ideally possess some basic construction knowledge and power tools experience – Must be ok with lots of driving. This position is responsible for simple troubleshooting, service and maintenance of bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client business environments.

Must be self-directed, detail oriented and possess EXCELLENT customer service skills.

Principal duties:

• Professionally greet and interact with business customers.
• May be required to fish water tubing thru walls and ceilings
• Complete the assigned renewal maintenance work orders, and explain the functionality of the water and or ice systems and answer any customer questions.
• Complete service routes in an efficient manner.
• Communicate with your supervisor, customer service and other team members.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment.

Requirements:

• Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive post offer background check.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills.
• Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation.
• Able to work independently yet be assertive to ask questions to accomplish job properly.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs.
• Ascending and descending ladders.
• Working in small areas.
• Able to use hands and power tools.

Office H2O Offers:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
