• Bakery- Dough Mixer - 12 noon to finish ( 8:30 pm - 10 pm) 

• Must be able to work weekends -flexible days off. Required to be able to lift 50# - Extensive lifting in this position.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity are required to perform this job. Lots of lifting and weighing dough.
• Standing required for the entire shift except breaks.
• You must be able to read and understand English sufficiently to do the job. 
• You must be self-motivated, reliable, honest and be able to perform your job with out close supervision.
• You must be able to successfully communicate with all of your coworkers and the company management.
• You must have the ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
• You must be able to simple adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing with a calculator 
• You must take temperatures of dough and water going into mixes and record them.
• You must work clean and organized.
• You must help monitor the amounts of raw materials and inform managers.

• Mixing, Baking, cleaning, proofing.
• Must be Reliable / self-starter / must be on time / must not get sick very often.
