Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. We only serve local beer and wine.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

Skills:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with food service regulations and health codes
- Time management skills to efficiently serve customers during train excursions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
