Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, performing various janitorial and maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean offices
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs or fixing leaky faucets
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Follow safety procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Assist with stocking our showroom and taking things to our customers vehicles

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, custodial work, or related field
- Ability to perform tasks such as buffing floors and carpet cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
