Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales and Lease Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle, providing comprehensive information on leasing and financing options, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences
• Conduct product presentations and test drives
• Present leasing and financing options to customers
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional follow-up and customer service
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• We will train the right person
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,563.00 - $140,290.00 per year
