We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, lab cases management, and inventory. They will also be responsible for managing patient records and maintaining a clean and organized work space. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Complete Training in timely manner.
• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Schedule appointments with patients.
• Answer phone calls as needed and answer questions from patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage patient records, including documentation of the appointment, calls, and entering clinical data into the system.
• Explain treatment and post op care.
• Be prepared to ensure the Dentist is productive and the appointments are efficient.
• Keep clinical operations organized and follow protocols.
• Ensure patients receive services in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• X-Ray Certification (Required)
