Join The Moldworx Team as an Operator for LSR Molding Cell (Weekend Night Shift)

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join the Moldworx team as an Operator Tech for our LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) molding cell. No prior training is required; we will provide all the necessary training. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $17-$18 per hour, with potential to earn more with the right experience. Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor the LSR molding machine during the weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) from 6am to 6pm Day shift. Full Time hours are also available with benefits.

· Follow standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation of the machine.

· Conduct visual inspections of parts produced to ensure quality and identify any defects.

· Record simple data correctly.

· Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain optimal production levels.

· Perform basic maintenance tasks on the machine, such as cleaning and lubrication.

· Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.

· Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives.

Training:

· Receive comprehensive training on operating the LSR molding machine.

· Training will be provided during the week, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm for approximately one week.

· Transition to regular weekend hours after completing the training period.

Requirements

· No prior training required; we will provide all necessary training.

· Experience as a process tech or molding operator is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn is required.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

· Willingness to work on weekends and maintain a consistent attendance record.

· Able to read and write in simple English.
