You will collaborate closely with HR leadership to develop and execute the HR Technology roadmap, ensuring our systems support a world-class employee experience. He or she will mentor junior members of the team and be able to work with users to understand their needs and work practices to create robust sustainable solutions. Responsibilities Include: Partner with internal and external stakeholders as the Project lead for large initiatives to proactively propose and deliver new functionality. Analyze, design, and develop processes & technical solutions to meet complex business needs. Evaluate market trends, best practices, and digital innovations and prepare proposals for strategic roadmap. Assess and evolve the existing HR technology landscape for specified product areas within Workday, Docebo, and ServiceNow. Define, document, and translate complex business requirements to design and develop technical solutions. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and challenges within the HR technology solutions. Evaluate ideas from the project backlog and analyze the value to influence product direction and prioritization. Mentor and coach junior team members Act as a point of escalation for critical production issues. Respond to ad-hoc requests from internal and/or external customers. Qualifications: The following are required for the role Minimum of 7-10 years of HR Systems experience with a focus on business analysis, project management, and product management BS degree in Business or related filed 3 plus years of techno-functional Workday HCM experience (Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Talent, etc.) Business Analytical Skills Project Management Workday Configuration & Complex Reporting Skills Strong problem-solving & resolution management. Strong interpersonal & communication skills Strong command of the English language. Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives. What We Offer: Base Pay Range: $97,000.00 - $142,450.00 The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.
