• Night Owl Support Systems, LLC (NOSS) is a service provider for people of all abilities. Unlike traditional service providers, NOSS specializes in using technology in people’s homes, which is connected to a call center that monitors people’s safety and well-being. In the event that someone needs assistance, NOSS responders are able to respond physically.

• NOSS is looking for energetic employees who want to make a difference in people's lives, and work for a growing company.
• This float position will cover two specific roles at NOSS

Professional Monitor - Monitors work at the NOSS Monitoring Station (call center).
Monitors (Remote Support Professionals) monitor the technology in homes to
assure people are safe and secure. This involves alarm handling, good interpersonal
skills and the ability multi-task.

Responder - Responders complete their shift at a site designated by NOSS (central
location for the homes they will be supporting). Responders are dispatched from
the site to a person’s home when a physical response is needed. Some responders
go out on scheduled rotations to various homes to assure the people are settled for
the night and if they need any assistance. When not responding to a home
employees in this position can rest at the responder site.

Schedule:

• Weekend Float Employees will be expected to cover open shifts on weekend hours (5p Friday - 12a Monday). This position will provide a minimum of 10 hours and maximum of 28 hours per weekend. Float employees will be scheduled in a rotating pattern of one weekend on, one weekend off. NOSS will provide the expected scheduled shifts in advance, but these will be subject to change due to last minute openings in the schedule. Additionally, float employees will have the opportunity to pick up open shifts throughout the week at the regular rate for those shifts.

Compensation:

• Stipend - This position will provide a $200 stipend for each weekend worked.
• Hourly Rate - $25 per hour

Pay: $32.14 - $45.00 per hour
