Meyco Products Inc. is Hiring a Customer Solutions Manager Near Moore, SC

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create and foster a positive, successful, and professional work environment with frequent formal and informal recognition.
  • Minimize and manage call escalations through effective coaching.
  • Manage workloads of customer service team members for maximum efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions.
  • Work proactively with multiple departments as needed to achieve company goals.
  • Identify areas of improvement and work with the management team to develop appropriate training initiatives.
  • Use email and proprietary software to document and process customer needs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent field and/or experience in a related field.
  • 5 years of management/supervisory experience leading teams. · Previous work experience demonstrating decision-making ability; ability to effectively communicate with and positively influence people; skilled with conflict resolution and customer service.
  • Basic organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Acts as a liaison between the customer service department and other divisions in the company.
