Responsibilities
•By joining New York Life as a Partner, your ability to become promoted to a Senior Partner or Managing Partner is determined based on objective criteria
•Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions
•Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
•Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner
•Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner
•Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals
Qualifications
Manager Requirements:
•Life and Health License required
•Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 required
•Previous experience in the Financial Services industry required
•Previous experience in the Insurance industry required
•Previously managed a team of individuals who required
•Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus
•College Degree (Recommended)
