Duties:
- Upkeep of grounds and landscapes.
- Clean and maintain outdoor furniture and fixtures.
- Remove trash and debris from outdoor areas: including dumpsters and hallways.
- Delivery of notices to apartments.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently AND as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Driver license and reliable transportation
