Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are 100% compliant to standard safety practices and regulatory organizations (OSHA etc.), customer processing specs (BAC) qualification requirements, and aerospace industry accredited organization (NADCAP) requirements.
• Act as the front-line response for any machine issues, including troubleshooting and diagnostics, on all equipment including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. This includes responding to requests related to Lock-Out Tag-Out.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment on a defined schedule.
• Work with production scheduling when maintaining facilities/equipment to ensure production impact is minimized.
• Coordinate work activities with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
• Ensure maintenance spares inventory is maintained at minimum levels and spares are reordered as they are consumed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Read and understand technical/repair manuals and vendor resources.
• Communicate equipment repair status with direct supervisor and production department supervisors and leads.
• Prioritize repairs affecting production downtime.

Qualifications:

• Ability to climb ladders, operate hand & power tools, drive forklift & scissor lift, utilize fall restraint harness and assemble heavy mechanisms.
• Physical Demands include standing, sitting, lifting, bending, and climbing throughout shift.
• Ability to learn new software.
• Flexibility to alter work schedule including nights, weekends, and on call as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Fanuc, Seimens, Haas, Yasnac, Heidenhain preferred.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred.
• Basic computer & software skills preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
