In the Front Desk Supervisor role, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk. You will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about the gym operations, policies and other administrative duties.
Major job responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of the front desk.
Create employee schedule.
Greet each member and guest promptly, with a smile.
Monitor check-ins.
Train Front Desk new hires.
Answer phone in a professional manner.
Process / oversee all monetary transactions.
Follow Proper opening and closing procedures.
Must be able to take charge and be a leader.
Work well with Management.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Must be willing to be flexible with your schedule.
