We are looking for a full time Skilled Floor Receptionist to join our team. The hours are Monday thru Friday 8a-4:30p,

Job Responsibilities;

• Act as a concierge to new admission; greet and welcome upon admission, provide basic information and help orient them to the unit. 

• Assist in answering call bells in a timely fashion. 

• Manage resident appointments, scheduling, transportation and communication.

• Assist Nursing Staff with clerical duties. 

• Maintain HIPAA Compliance and confidentiality of all resident related care information to ensure resident rights are protected 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED;

• Must be organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
