Here is what you will be doing :

  • Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair
  • Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs
  • Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership
  • Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock
  • Shipping parts
  • Working within health & safety company guidelines
  • Determining initial impress stock required
  • Setting minimum and maximum replenishment levels
  • Determining whether demand history from old part to new part should be transferred
  • Escalating important issues from both internal and external suppliers
