POSITION MISSIONResponsible for coordination and completion of technology and creative products and services. Additionally, the Technical Travel Project Manager sets deadlines, monitors and summarizes progress of project; builds and maintains relationships with team members and client interaction and ongoing communication with outside vendors involved in projects; provides technical support for the travel platform and assists IT team with general technical support; performs a variety of additional duties, including content writing, project set up and configuration, and supporting software development. Primary Responsibilities
INSPIRE: Project Management – Set up and maintain client programs; set up and configure event registrations; stage and test client registration systems; set up, configure, and test websites and web apps; create and implement participant and client surveys; stage and test client administration portals.
Marketing Communications – Manage marketing copy; import and manage client mailing lists; create broadcast email templates; create and distribute broadcast email campaigns; compile and distribute monthly marketing metrics reports as needed. Management of the Marketing Communication timelines and client-facing updates.
Content Management – Management of copy and images for client websites, mobile apps, broadcast newsletters and surveys.
Web Services Management – Coordination of website and email design projects between the clients and internal design staff. Management of the workflow timeline and communication of updates to the team.
Application Development – Assist in ongoing assessment of technology; assist in testing of platform updates.
Technical Support – Assist IT staff with technical support; help staff with common desktop, productivity software, and travel platform issues; elevate issues to IT staff as needed.
Skills And Education Requirements
BA/BS in Computer Software, Business, Design, Marketing or other Information Technology field, or other BA/BS degree with demonstrable experience in a technical field.
5 years in the area of marketing communications project management, or related experience in technology, marketing, communications and/or business development
Creative software: Adobe Creative Suite
Productivity software: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 265 desktop applications and related tools
Project management software
Email marketing services
Strong copy writing, editing and proofreading skills
Must have ability to work in a team environment
