Job Description:


Primary Role:

The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for supporting the CTES Project Managers and Senior Manager in the execution of project plans.

The Project Coordinator works with both internal departments, external customers, suppliers, and sponsors to execute defined project supply plans within scope, timeline, budget, and quality guidelines, ensuring that all project objectives are achieved in accordance with client objectives.

Duties:

  • Works effectively in a team environment to assist with the management of CTES projects.
  • Under the direction of the Project Manager, Senior Manager Associate Director, CTES ensures that projects follow approved processes and SOPs and adheres to client requirements and guidelines.
  • Develops proficient subject matter expertise of business systems (Oracle Cloud ERP) within scope of the following modules: Project / Contract, Order Management, Inventory, and Reports & Analytics.
  • Coordinates with Project Managers in the project planning phase to support execution of setup documentation and master data requirements. This includes creating project documentation, master data forms, and interfacing with internal departments to coordinate activities.
  • Supports Project Manager with client communications and interfaces with appropriate external customers to successfully deliver client requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Manages site distribution mailbox and processes site shipment orders via business system transactions, ensuring all associated paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Supports monitoring of executed shipments to clinical sites, e.g., courier tracking, acknowledgement of receipt, cold chain product management (Out of Spec temperature excursions) etc.
  • Coordinates effectively internally between Procurement, Operations, Quality, and associated departments to deliver project requirements.
  • Supports CTES Kitting & Labelling study execution and activities as directed by Project Manager, Senior Manager/Associate Manager, CTES.
  • Supports project life cycle closeout activities related to RMAs, destruction, and reverse distribution order management.
  • Tracks all aspects of each project including the storage and shipment of materials and maintains accurate and up-to-date reports as required.
  • Assists with the creation of Ancillary Supply Plan, Ancillary Shipment Request templates, and other study and project documentation, as appropriate.
  • Manages and provides regular status reports to Project Manager, Associate Director, CTES and clients as requested.
  • Works towards ensuring projects are completed based on timelines, budget, and scope.
  • Coordinates with the Warehouse team and provides receiving and shipping support as needed.
  • Supports the sales order process providing appropriate communication and documents per SOPs and work instructions.
  • Enhances the Myonex reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job tasks and encouraging innovative thinking for all client projects and the company in general
  • Additional tasks as requested by Associate Director, CTES

Experience and Skills:

Education & Experience:

A 4-year degree in science, pharmaceutics, natural sciences or other relevant area or job-related experience in the industry is desirable but not required. A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant pharmaceutical contract service organization experience, such as Clinical Research, Contract Packaging/Labeling, Logistics, Project Management, Clinical Quality Assurance, Regulatory or Business Development is required.
