Interested candidates should have experience in landscape maintenance including mowing, plantings, pruning, trimming, etc., possess strong leadership skills, be energetic, detail orientated & a team player.
Compensation
Hourly Rates are experienced based:
Crew Member - $17.00 -$19.00
Crew Leader - $19.00 - $22.00 (Previous Verifiable Landscape Crew Leader Experience)
Qualifications

• Professional Landscape Experience Preferred
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and provide a copy of your clean driving history for a minimum 3 -5 years, and reliable transportation. We will provide instructions on how to obtain a copy of your Motor Vehicle Report online.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, including Marijuana and obtain a medical DOT card. A medical Marijuana card is not useable to pass the drug screen.
• All of our Crew Member positions are considered a "Crew Leader in training" position. We are constantly looking for those who show potential and willingness to move to the next level.
• Winter snow removal team is required for this position.
