We have an opening for a Unit Sales associate to join our team. You must be passionate about motorcycles, and driven to deliver the greatest customer experience possible for our guests and clients. Motorcycle sales experience is not required! Anyone with a successful history in the hospitality/bar/restaurant/retail industry is strongly encouraged to apply.

Your job includes:

• Sell and understand BMW, Triumph, Royal Enfield, Ducati motorcycles and Vespa and Piaggio Scooters by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features between models.
• Ensure the approved sales process is used with every sales opportunity.
• Assist customers with products and services sold at the dealership to present features and benefits to customers.
• Demonstrate motorcycles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, warranties, and service, taking demo rides.
• Assist in setting up the sales lot or showroom floor.
• Correctly log names and numbers of customers encountered at the store daily.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Stay up to date on current inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase; new and used products.

Great communication and follow-up skills are required. Must work well with a team and have an outgoing personality. Excellent phone and computer skills required. Flexible hours required, must be available for weekends. Competitive base salary with lucrative commission and benefits.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
