Job Summary: A professional who provides professional nursing services within the scope of nursing practice standards in collaboration with primary care physicians, nurses, and PT/OT, teaches and educates patients and their families. Professional skilled nursing is performed under the supervision of the Administrator/Director of Clinical Services.
The staff nurse Assesses patient care needs; creates care plans, implements and evaluates care given; administers medications (PO, IV, IM, SubQ) ; works collaboratively with the medical care plan team; and accurately completes nursing documentation.
