Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscape maintenance and the ability to operate power and hand tools.

Responsibilities:

- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns

- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs

- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers

- Use hand tools to perform tasks such as raking leaves, shoveling snow, and spreading mulch

- Operate maintanance equipment to perform daily task

- Monitor outdoor areas for pests, diseases, and other issues that may affect the landscape

- Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation from gardens and walkways

- Assist with the day to day maintanance operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping/lt. maintanance or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices

- Familiarity with operating power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, equitpment and hand tools for maintanance.

- Ability to use hand tools effectively for various tasks

- Basic knowledge of light maintanance operations

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
