Your Role:
· Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand.
· Manage inventory- office supplies, food, curriculum, staff recognition items, etc.
· Assist Director in conducting team meetings to communicate important information and set a direction.
· Lead tours, highlighting key features of our School and maintain strong connections with potential customers.
· Coordinates the registration process and maintains customer and employee information in center systems.
· Implement company culture.
Job Qualification:
· High School Diploma/Ged
· Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
· Have 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
· Ability to make decisions on behalf of children and protect their wellbeing.
· Must be willing to submit to a background check.
