• Complete Service Requests
• Oversee Pool Maintenance / Grounds
• Exterior Projects
• Assist co-workers as needed

Skills:

• HVAC Certification Required
• CPO is a plus
• 3 year of Assistant Maintenance experience in multifamily or similar
• Knowledgeable in Carpentry, Floor installation, Paint, Tile, Basic Electrical, Plumbing, Appliances & HVAC
• Have your own small tools
• Great teamwork attitude
