Description

Intermediate skill level in all QA duties. An individual qualified to setup, calibrate equipment, and to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards and specifications. A Level II shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the inspection techniques for which qualified and shall exercise assigned responsibility for on the job training and the preparation of written instructions, and to organize and report the results of ND Tests. Performs inspections, checks, and tests for quality control for the manufacture of products. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Supervision: Works under general supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.

Education: May require a high school diploma or it’s equivalent and 2– 4 years of related experience.

PUSHING/PULLING REQUIREMENTS: 

• 50 pounds

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

• Hard hat, in required areas, safety shoes and safety glasses
