Mercy Culture Church is Hiring a PDN Coordinator Near Fort Worth, TX

The primary responsibilities for the administrative assistance is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Presence Driven Network (PDN) and Outreach Programs.

Reports To:

PDN and Outreach Directors

    • Network
      • Pastoring:
        • Connect with all senior pastor’s wives.
          • Phone Call
          • Zoom Calls
          • Text Messages
        • Monthly rhythm to reach out
        • Point person to invite to Marked Conference
          • Steward invites
          • Steward an event at Marked Conference to pour into PDN Pastor’s attending.
        • Leadership:
          • Provide assistance in leadership and direction for the PDN
          • Help problem solve and develop plans for moving the PDN forward to accomplish the vision.
        • Project Management
          • Document and organize all PDN projects and initiatives.
          • Update PDN Director on the projects and work with the team & contractors to move those projects forward.
          • Problem solve & troubleshoot solutions, when needed elevate to PDN Director
        • Personal Admin Tasks to PDN Director
          • Help organize & plan the calendar for trips, speaking engagements, and internal meetings.
          • Take on administrative tasks and responsibilities that may arise.
          • Submit feedback for greater efficiency and improved leadership.
    • Events
      • Help lead and execute preparations for the PDN Conference.
        • Help plan and execute a PDN Leadership team retreat with pastors from within the PDN in the fall of 2024.
      • Meetings:
        • Weekly Staff Meetings
        • Weekly PDN Team Mtg
        • Monthly Pastor’s Zoom Calls
        • Bi-Monthly OVS with PDN Director

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not always required.

This position is full-time 20 hrs a week.
