Maintenance/Groundskeeper

MEDDATA, a Covington, LA medical billing company, seeks conscientious candidates for a Maintenance/Groundskeeper position. Work will be performed at the owner's home, office building, and other locations as needed.

Applicant MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OUTDOORS IN THE HEAT a good bit of the time , be motivated, reliable, and available for extended hours and some weekend hours as needed. Two years prior experience preferred.

Applicant must have a valid drivers license.

MEDDATA requires experience in the following areas:

• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Mechanics
• Plumbing
• Lawn Care
• Landscaping
• Cleaning
• Organization
• Some small engine knowledge (lawn mowers/weed eaters)
• Pool Maintenance
