Duties:

- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges efficiently
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy
- Provide administrative support to medical staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

- Long term experience required

- Previous experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or similar software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of long term facilities duties is advantageous
