The Assistant / General Manager´s duties are to supervise personnel and the products and equipment, with the aim of achieving the high standards of quality, service and cleanliness of our company, as well as maintaining a positive and dedicated work environment. Assistant / General Managers are expected to learn to supervise people and manage the restaurant during designated times, achieving Total Customer Satisfaction, Sales Growth, Profit Optimization and generally motivating the staff. Assistant / General Managers will have to be trained and expected to perform to the high standard that we expect at McDonald's.

• 1 years of management experience (position filled based on experience)
• Ability to work early mornings and overnight shifts
• Previous QSR/Fast Food experience a plus
• Ability to motivate and develop staff
• Ability to lead a team
