Summary:

Manage installation crew of large format printing products, while providing problem solving and daily direction. Responsible for the successful and on time completion of all installation milestones while meeting customers’ requirements and profitability expectations.

Reporting: Reports to Wide Format Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Read and analyze all specifications resolving equipment needs and technical issues before and as they arise.

· Provide and assist with estimate, materials, purchase orders and costing details.

· Maintain installation schedule in Ktrak (MIS System) to maximize our resources and reduce outsourcing.

· Provide guidance when outside installation is necessary.

· Complete and approve operations paperwork including daily job status, expense reports, timesheets and profitability reports for yourself and staff.

· Train new installers.

· Based on scheduling conflicts work in the field when necessary. Report to main facility when field time isn’t necessary.

· Assist with communication between management and your staff.

· Prepare performance reports for your staff.

· Assist Wide Format Manager when requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
