Job Summary: Will provide a friendly face and direct customers to the appropriate person/department, acting as a concierge. Receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their destination. In addition, this person answers basic inquiries; routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers. He/she is the customer’s first contact with the dealership and therefore, must represent the dealership in a friendly, professional manner. The receptionist provides assistance to the accounting office as directed on an individual task basis. Evening & Weekends a must.

Job Responsibilities for Receptionist:

  • Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer.
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist with clerical duties as requested

Job Requirements for Receptionist:

  • Part time evenings & weekends a must
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be dependable.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, ability to stay focused
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Self-Starter with Outgoing personality
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.70 per hour
