**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing basic operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the team to success during their assigned shifts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate team members' activities during shifts

- Provide coaching and guidance to staff as needed

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures

- Actively engage in providing great customer service

- Manage POS transactions accurately

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Assist the management team with daily tasks

**Experience:**

- Previous experience as a shift leader in a restaurant

- Strong knowledge of safe food handling

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure during busier moments

- Experience with team management and delegation of tasks

- Familiarity with food cost and labor management is a plus
