KidStrong is a science-based kids training program designed to help parents raise strong, confident, high-character kids. We incorporate movement and fun into the learning process, empowering kids to learn more effectively. Our program focuses on character, physical and brain development through weekly 45 minute, age based classes. Our program is for kids ages walking through 11 years old.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SCHEDULE

• Ideal coach candidate has an athletic or coaching background with kids ages walking to 11 years-old (preferred)
• The perfect candidate would be dedicated to developing children's brain, physical, and character development through our constantly evolving monthly curriculum.
• The ideal candidate should have effective interpersonal communication skills and be confident in communicating with parents/guardians
• Ideal candidate has the ability to learn through online modules and tools.
• A passion and enthusiasm for working with children is an absolute must!
• Self Starter who gets the job done
• CPR certified
• Must be available evenings and weekends. Our classes run typically in the evenings 4pm through 7:30pm and weekends are typically 9am through 3:30pm

COACH RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach class sizes of 6 to 15 children, age groups range from roughly 12 months-old to 11 years-old
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by the HQ programming team
• Maintain dynamic, fun, motivational and professional demeanor when leading class
• Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack, our company messaging system, including periodic checks of messages when not in centers
• Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 25 pounds in weight
• Must be comfortable working "hands-on" with kids to ensure proper technique and ensure student safety. Assist parents of students, ages 3 and younger, with the direction and flow of a class
• Attend monthly center staff programming meetings to receive training for next' months curriculum

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
