Marc’s Flooring is a flooring company that has been in business since 1992 and installs all types of flooring: vinyl, laminate, tile, carpet, and hardwood. Our team members take pride in their work and will do everything they can to ensure client expectations are exceeded through our commitment to quality and service. Marc's Flooring is based in St. Peters Mo, but we operate across Missouri, Kansas, NW Arkansas and Western Illinois.

We are currently looking to add a Field Assistant Measure Manager. You must be highly motivated, positive, & a service oriented person. This person will execute processes that we currently have in place to continue to provide a seamless experience for all clients. This position will need have the road warrior mentality, as you will be on the road in clients homes daily. You will also be training new subcontractors that have been brought on to Marc's Flooring.

Duties:

· Listen to the customer’s needs and expectations.

· Create detailed digital floor diagrams.

· Inspect the job site to determine need for product in the flooring installation process.

· Take before photographs.

· Make detailed notes for the quoting process.

· Recruit Subcontracted Flooring Estimators

· Train newly contracted estimators

Requirements:

· Active listening skills.

· Friendly, customer oriented but professional.

· Math proficiency.

· Detailed oriented.

· Has and able to maintain valid safe driving record with company vehicle.

· Able to pass background screenings.

Must be willing to travel, Marc's Flooring operates in 4 states you will be on the road for majority of the week.
